I've been there. One of my cans from my cello was dropped, rendering the low B to a low Bb... Kind of... And the other notes slightly out of tune as well. Fortunately this was early enough in the semester that we had time to send the pan off to be repared, though it hasn't been the same since. I can tell you, as much as you can avoid playing any of the notes in that drum until it is tuned. I found within one rehearsal of playing on my dropped can, the other notes began to quickly fall even further out of tune. Getting it fixed should help re-stabilize the drum.

Of course, the best option as far as sound goes, would be to try to get the can tuned before the concert. This way, you can play on the instrument with which you are comfortable.

Another option... Do you have another cello player? Could you trade instruments for the concert or are they taking a solo too?

I'm afraid I don't know tuners in the Florida area, so I can't recommend anything there. Perhaps some other readers can point you in that direction?

With only a week to go... Sheesh... Tough situation. I feel your pain.
